This role will lead the development and implementation of core HR business processes and service excellence solutions that align with future business needs and technical priorities as well as ongoing business as usual activities.This role will work collaboratively with the global HR team and HR colleagues in the markets and lead projects to ensure SuccessFactors meets Upfield's requirements to have a user friendly, intuitive efficient HR system for all users.This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a small team in a growing business where you will have real ownership and responsibility.So, what does it take to be successful in this role?Deep Technical Expertise : Mastery of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central module, with hands-on experience in configuration and implementation.Strategic Leadership : Ability to translate business requirements into robust SuccessFactors solutions that drive HR transformation and meet organizational goals.Stakeholder Management : Proven skills in managing senior stakeholders, providing insightful advice, and fostering constructive relationships across global teams.Project Management Excellence : Experience in leading end-to-end HR technology and service delivery transformation programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Continuous Improvement Mindset : Commitment to innovation, problem-solving, and enhancing operational metrics through proactive troubleshooting and process refinement.What's nextIf this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!
