Recognizing that female entrepreneurs represent one of the most powerful - and one of the most constrained - groups of entrepreneurs, ignite prioritized actions that helped women thrive with resounding successWith a proven model that delivers meaningful financial inclusion for Women-led Micro and Small Enterprises (W-MSEs), which aligns with Financial Services Provider (FSP) incentives and drives sustainable business outcomes, CARE and the Center are well positioned to deepen and scale impact through Strive Women ProgramThe program will directly improve the financial health of W-MSEs by increasing business growth and financial resilience while also catalyzing replication of the model through strategic engagement and influence. CIP aims to support high-growth entrepreneurs by improving their access to finance and encouraging them to use digital tools such as mobile wallets, and marketing platforms to grow their businesses. The program plans to be implemented in Punjab, Sindh and BalochistanJob Responsibilities and Tasks1 - Project Implementation: (60% of Time)Provide support in the implementation of the financial inclusion project activities of the Strive Women Program.Support program partners and support them in delivering results.Prepare periodic reports on project achievements including their results, effectiveness, and relevance.Support team in addressing rigid gender norms faced by women entrepreneurs.Ensure appropriate and consistent messaging to influential reference group members (such as family elders) to increase support for women entrepreneurs.Build relationships with community leaders and other stakeholders to advance the gender equality principles of CARE International in Pakistan.Design and implement the male engagement strategy of the project to address social and gender barriers.Assess and define advocacy priorities and engage relevant stakeholders, which may include financial service providers (FSPs), business associations, small business and government agencies, research institutions and), youth and women groups and organizations for effective campaigning.Support communications platforms (like Karo Tabeer on Facebook) to effective link women entrepreneurs and other players of entrepreneurial eco-system to increase usage of products and services and market access.2 - Coordination: (15% of Time)Coordinate with Implementing Partners/stakeholders/FSPs and support them in project implementation.Coordinate with Comms team to design, production and dissemination of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials and advertisements to the appropriate audiences.Contribute to the bi-weekly / quarterly and other meetings of Strive Women.Ensure proper documentation of learnings, quality pictures /videos and testimonials.Provide regular updates to inform about project activities.Maintain a strong relationship with government, partners and stakeholders including donors where applicable.Coordinate with project partners to promote products and services that meet the specific needs of women-led small businesses.Launch and promote Strive Women Learning Networks.3- Learning and Knowledge Management (15% of time)Support the proper documentation and reporting of project and partner activities on the project.Develop Knowledge management content.Prepare and submit relevant activity reports for project team consumption.4- Other responsibilities as assigned (5% of time)Any other tasks or responsibilities based on organizational and programming needs as assigned by the Line Manager.A) Qualifications (Know How)RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Economics, International Development, or comparable academic qualification.B) Experience/ Technical SkillsMinimum 3 years' experience of project implementation with reputed national or international organization.Experince of productive involvement with local partners, including government, traditional leadership, and civil society.Demonstrated problem solving skills, collaboration experience, creativity, and willingness to innovate.Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Local languages Punjabi and Sindhi will be an asset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.Possession of good report writing skills.Passion for learning and development.CARE participates in the Inter-Agency Misconduct Disclosure Sch eme.
