Dominion Mall and Apartments, PakistanHighly skilled and experienced MEP Manager with a proven track record in overseeing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in high-rise buildings. Strong expertise in project management, teacm leadership, and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of reports, tender documents, engineering calculations with the source of knowledge, specifications, budgeting and literature for HVAC, firefighting, vertical transport, plumbing works and electrical works.

• Scrutiny and comparing of shop drawings with the design and tender drawings.

• Supervision: technical scrutiny of contracts, supervising the installation works at site, processing of contractor's bills.

• Load calculation for all MEP works.

• Project operation procedures management and control.

• Progress payment preparation and progress monitoring.

• Shop drawings and material submittals on time preparation and submission.

• Quality control procedures.

• Labor placement and team work abilities.

• Site coordination and management capabilities.

• Reviewing bills of quantities and scope of work.

• Preparation of work and cost analysis for variations etc.

• Technical report writing and project planning.

• Cost estimation and technical detailing of projects.

• Coordination with of all MEP works in project.

• PPRC, uPVC, GI all material inspection and installation.

• Project cost controlling and monitoring using Primavera P6.

• Have strong grip on AutoCAD, Microsoft and MEP software.

• Note: MEP works included (but not limited to) HVAC, firefighting, vertical transport (lift & escalators), external & internal electrical works and plumbing works.

Job SpecificationBachelor's degree in engineering preferably a Civil Engineer.

10+ years' experience in supervision of new construction and remodeling projects.

Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.

Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
