Jr. Brand Executive

Role Overview:As a Junior Branding Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the brand identity of our start-up AI product. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute branding strategies, manage social media content, and ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development:Assist in creating and implementing branding strategies.Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure brand consistency.Social Media Management:Develop, manage, and execute the social media calendar.Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for adjusting the social media strategy to fit the needs of the brand.Content Creation:Assist in creating high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms.Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling brand materials.Ensure all content aligns with the overall brand strategy and guidelines.Brand Monitoring and Reporting:Monitor brand performance across various channels and provide regular reports.Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.Track and report on brand mentions, sentiment, and engagement.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with the senior management team to support various campaigns and initiatives.Assist in organizing and promoting brand events and activations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1 year of experience in branding, preferably in the tech industry.Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content creation tools.Strong understanding of brand strategy and development.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.Preferred Skills:Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.Understanding of tech industry trends and market dynamics.What We Offer:PKR 55K - 65KOpportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.How to Apply:Please send your resume, a cover letter, and a portfolio or examples of your previous work to careers@zegatron.com.
