Job Summary

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy across all media touch-points in collaboration with brand team and specialist agencies.

Responsibilities

IMC Management:

Lead IMC process to ensure all brand campaigns are delivered to the core target audience in the most effective manner.

Develop comprehensive connections plans and briefs that serve as common ground for all executional agencies to base their plans on for.

Oversee all Influencer campaign executions from selection of influencers to planning use cases for narrative building to execution of the plan.

Decipher briefs from other business stakeholders to determine what type of messaging is required and identify relevant touchpoints to deliver the message.

Develop digital engagement/awareness plans for exposure within digital platforms.

Collaborate with brand team in developing & implementing Brand Plans & Strategies.

Conceptualizing and executing on-ground activations

Managing, optimizing and planning Marketing Budget and reporting and reconciling with BP&A

Plan and execute OOH campaigns for brand thematic campaigns

Develop and execute brand activations

Propose and bring new partnerships to have business impact on the overall base

Media Planning and Executional Excellence:

Manage multiple agency partners to conceptualize, develop and execute media plans including TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Activation and PR.

Identify, on-board and work with the best panel of agencies to deliver quality as well as cost effective plans for TMB.

Consistently track and report performance of marketing campaigns along with their impact on business and brand metrics.

Gain deep understanding of competitor's strategy by closely monitoring and tracking their activity across all media touch-points.

Coordinate with research team to gain insights and ensure brand perception and awareness KPI's are consistently delivered or flagged if otherwise.

Platform Strategy Development:

Develop media strategy for easypaisa brand platforms and assets.

Work closely with brand team to develop passion point strategy and explore possibility of long-term brand assets for easypaisa.

Education and Experience

MBA/Masters/BBA in Marketing

8-10 years of experience
