To execute activities across Accounts Receivable analytics and reporting, and internal controls.Principal ContactsReport to:Patient Financial Services Director and Patient Financial Services ManagerInteract with:Relevant internal and external stakeholders (Population Health, Physicians, Nursing, Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Patients)JHAH Finance (Financial Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis Director, Finance team)Revenue Cycle Management teams across Johns Hopkins International (JHI)Principal DutiesPatient Financial Services function is responsible toFinancial CounselingPatients' Pre-authorization enquiries support Response to payments and pricing inquiries Enrolling patients into medical promotion packages offered by JHAH Collection deposits and Processing refunds Insurance/ Credit and Cash patients Services at front desk level Support Patients Registration Support Eligibility Management Support Insurance verifications Support Patients' insurance plan assignments and activation EducationBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent ExperienceMinimum 10 years of varied experience in a hospital environment
