About the roleAs a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role indesigning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supportsour applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to drive system reliability, automate operational tasks, and enhancethe overall performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will bring adeep understanding of cloud technologies, a strong background in systemsarchitecture, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolvingpotential issues.What you'll do1. Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructuresolutions to support our applications and services.2. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the reliability andperformance of our systems.3. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactivelyidentify and address potential issues.4. Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manualintervention.5. Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure thescalability of our systems.6. Participate in incident response and on-call rotation to addresscritical issues promptly.7. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies tocontinuously improve our infrastructure and operations.8. Engage actively in the entire software development lifecycle.Participate in system design reviews and provide valuable SRE insightsduring launch reviews, influencing and enhancing system architecture.What you'll need1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orrelated field.2. Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or a similar role ina large-scale production environment.3. Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS.4. Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such asPython, Shell, or similar.5. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker,Kubernetes).6. Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices,and system architecture.7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.8. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams.9. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.10. Experience with software development in one or more programminglanguages.
