Worksite: On-site Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time Duties: Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for Marine Security Guards. Plan weekly and monthly meals with the Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). Keep the kitchen, dishes, and dining areas clean after each meal. Ensure meals meet dietary and cultural needs. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Develop and maintain a 30-day menu cycle. Manage food inventory and coordinate grocery shopping. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in managing food services. Ability to create diverse and nutritious menus. Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of food safety standards.
