We are looking for an experiencedSeniorUI/UX Designer to be part of our development team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to outline user flows and interactions.
Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Apply best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to improve their work.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to ensure cutting-edge design solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide guidance during implementation.
Champion a user-centered design approach within the organization and advocate for the importance of UX in product development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a focus on leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills and a track record of delivering successful digital products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Extensive experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design Decisions.
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to tackle complex design Challenges.
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and design decisions to stakeholders and development teams.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire junior designers.
Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
