We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with experience in developing front-end applications to join our dynamic design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our web and mobile applications. Your expertise will not only involve creating visually appealing designs but also implementing them into interactive and responsive front-end applications.Responsibilities:Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with the company's brand identity and user requirements.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Develop front-end applications using modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and various front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).Ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the development process by working closely with developers to implement the designs to the highest standard.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights for iterative design improvements.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development.Collaborate with the development team to establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent user experiences across multiple platforms.Continuously seek feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to refine and enhance the user interface and experience.Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that user feedback is an integral part of the design process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and front-end development skills.Proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.Solid front-end development skills with a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies.Familiarity with user research techniques, including persona development and user journey mapping.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate design decisions effectively.Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices is a plus.If you are a creative and driven UI/UX Designer with front-end development experience and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences, we would love to have you on our team.
