Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is looking for a highly skilled Technical Consultant. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with client to understand their existing way of working (both written and in practical), conducting thorough analyses of existing processes, and developing comprehensive documentation based on the collected information department-wise.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analyses of existing policies & procedures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with clients to understand their existing processes department-wise.
Document those processes accordingly in a professional & presentable manner, department-wise.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Utilize exceptional communication skills to articulate complex ideas, both in written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
Deliver engaging presentations to convey technical information and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders.
·Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology (IT) and, Computer Science
Proven work experience of 5 to 6 years is required. Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to the KSA, UAE, or Gulf market.
Proven experience in implementing ISO standards within organizations.
Familiarity with Gulf industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Arabic speaking skill would be highly considered.
