Selected candidate will be responsible for:Preparation and execution of Project PlansPreparation of Project schedules, budgeting and reporting.Monitoring and administration of on going projects and performance.Team management and resource distribution for the projects.Maintaining the change control process and required configurations.To understand all the project aspects and guide/lead all the related teams efficiently.Multiple project management at a time.Manage the required Documentation.Risk management application for the projects.
Job SpecificationMinimum experience should be 8-10 years in development and five years in project management.- Deep knowledge of standards, techniques and new technologies.- Able to handle the multiple teams on multiple projects.- Must have hands on experience in PHP, Mysql, Jquery, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, OS Commerce, Word Press- Must have experience of Microsoft Project and other project management tools- Must have experience of Project Documentation (Proposal, SRS, FS, UML)- Must be well equipped with design patterns- Must have experience of Time Estimation, Resource Allocation, Project Reports and other project management disciplines.- Should have a very pleasant personality and interpersonal and team management skills.- Should take personal initiatives on new technologies and train relevant team members.- Must have good design aesthetics and familiar with web usability standards.
