Country Manager - Paint/Chemicals Company

Carpoly Chemicals Group, Co. LTD. A leading paint company with sales revenue of over $500 million. We are interested in establishing an overseas sales department in Pakistan. People who has high motivation and strong working skills are encouraged to apply this post.

Requirement

• With 10 - 15 years sales experience of corporate, commercial projects, industrial customers and institutional sales of products related to paint;

• Establish the proper marketing strategy in Pakistan with the headquarter;

• In charge of corporate operation to establish the organization chart, management system and compensation and motivation plan;

• Set up the feasible sales target and integrate market resources to develop the strong sales network in Pakistan;

• Promote the Carpoly brand image and develop strategic partnership with key customers;

• Good communication skills in English;

We prefer the candidate from well known paint companies. They need to have rich experience in wood paint, especially in retail business. The candidate is reponsible for corporate operation, brand improvement and sales network establishment.
