They will also be responsible for managing the ecommerce marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the ecommerce website, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth for the ecommerce website through effective digital marketing initiatives.

Optimize website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates and revenue per visitor.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer service, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Lead the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and coaching.

Job SpecificationBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies, such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, meta ads and email marketing.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
