Occupational Therapist

The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join the team! You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.You will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete will include:Supported Independent Living (SIL) AssessmentsSensory AssessmentsAssistive Technology (AT) AssessmentsHome Modifications Assessments (including complex)Functional Daily Living Skills AssessmentsEnvironmental Risk AssessmentsSkill building and ongoing therapyWhilst the role will be based primarily from our paediatric clinic in Pakenham, you will also have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings & telehealth.Work Life BalanceThe ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work life balance.
