Salary: R12,000 to R14,000 CTC Key Responsibilities: Handle call center duties with a focus on logging service calls and opening job cards related to catering equipment and appliances. Prepare and manage quotations efficiently. Generate and manage various reports to support service operations. Perform administrative tasks, with a primary focus on managing call logs rather than active call handling. Work effectively in a high-volume, pressurized environment to meet service demands. Multitask efficiently to handle a variety of responsibilities concurrently. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a service environment related to catering equipment or appliances. Proven experience in logging service calls specifically for catering equipment. Proficiency in Excel and other relevant systems used for managing service operations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently. Matriculation (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with handling job cards and service call documentation. Experience in a high-volume, administrative role, particularly in the catering equipment or appliance service industry. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks. Ability to adapt to changing service demands and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
