Description:
Estimate the future sales of the products to each customer of the region by analysing trends and working with commercial/marketing/sales team to know the markets
and actions planned.
Responsibilities:
Analyse quantity and financial forecast, improve forecast accuracy.
Work out forecast for POSM per customer and track their consumption.
Allocate the stock to customer orders depending on several factors, like the previous forecast communicated, the current stock level, the launch timings and the priority.
Allocate and track the new launches to ensure we meet the OCD (On Counter Date) on all markets planned.
Analyse the root causes of the Service Level root for customer service reports.
Update material status file on monthly basis.
Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics concepts and
application
Proficient user of Excel
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
A dynamic and proactive personality
