As part of fulfilling Twizza's DREAM to be South Africa's # Local Beverage Partner, a vacancy exists in the Marketing space as a Product Execution Manager to create & deliver innovative, flavourful and refreshing experiences not only to our Customers but Communities at large.Job Duties:Develop and implement product execution strategies to meet business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to marketManage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launchAnalyse market trends and consumer insights to drive product innovationOversee product packaging, pricing, and promotional strategiesMonitor and report on product performance, making recommendations for improvementsRequired Qualifications:Marketing Degree, IMM Diploma or EquivalentProven experience in product management within the FMCG industryStrong project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentEducation, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in product managementIn-depth knowledge of product development processesExperience with market research and analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, IMM Diploma or EquivalentExperience in launching new products in the FMCG sectorKnowledge of the South African beverage marketWorking Conditions:Normal office environmentOccasional travel may be required
