Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client's team as a Manufacturing/Production Manager specializing in Metals.Position : Manufacturing/Production manager-MetalsLocation: QatarSalary: To be DiscussedReporting to: Operations ManagerResponsibilities:• Plan production schedules and coordinate all production activities in collaboration with Engineering, Estimating, and Project Management departments.• Interpret company policies and enforce safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.• Manage labour costs effectively.• Oversee Shop Quality Assurance processes to maintain high standards.• Manage stocked materials inventory, particularly welding materials.• Inspect work in progress and finished products according to the Quality Control Plan.• Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process for new employees.• Provide training, leadership, assignment of tasks, recognition, and disciplinary actions for employees.• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.• Maintain and oversee all equipment used in the manufacturing process.
