Job details
•The candidate shall be a qualified Architect with proven and demonstrable experience in design and construction of 5 star hotels and high rise buildings with good understanding of hotel operation.•The candidate should be capable of managing and coordinating with the stakeholders especially the lead designer, specialist designers, hotel operator ans contractors on technical matters for timely resolution at the design and construction stage.•The candidate should have strong leadership skills to manage and drive the design team to ensure design delivery process to key milestone schedule, while managing clear tracking, reporting and scheduling system for generating necessary reports to the client as well as other stakeholders. •Lead technical design meetings for design implementation and to coordinate design changes if required.•Recommend and arrange for control samples, mock ups in coordination with the stakeholders.•Similar experience in GCC in Consulting or Project Management firms is preferred.
