Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Captain. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and coordinating food and beverage services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.
