Department: Health UnderwritingTotal Work Experience: 5 to 8 yearsEducation: Graduate in Sciences (Specialization preferred- Allied Health/ Health Science/ Healthcare Assistants/ Healthcare Technicians)The Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing strategic partnerships to drive customer engagement on wellness and achieve business plan objectives. This role requires a good understanding of the health insurance industry, competition benchmarking, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Competition Benchmarking and Industry Best Practices: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and market challenges. Leverage this information to identify opportunities and implement best practices in our strategic initiatives on wellness/ OPD products and service fulfilment.Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute wellness plans basis client requirement and past claims data for the client in coordination with service providers.Client Engagement Activities: Plan and implement client engagement activities as per the agreed plan.Client Functioning: Meet all requirements from time to time as per client/ business requirement. This includes regular communication, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with client agreements.MIS and Analytics: Proficiency expected in data analysis and MIS reporting.Qualifications:Experience in strategic partnerships, customer engagement, or a related field.Good understanding of the health insurance industry and competition benchmarking.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals PRB
