Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.Communication: Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, offer letters, proposals, employee attendance, and other administrative documents.Attendance Management: Record and monitor employee attendance, including tracking time off, sick days, and vacations.Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts with clients, vendors, and freelancers.Offer Letters: Prepare and draft offer letters for new hires, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.Proposals: Support the preparation of proposals for potential clients, including gathering necessary information and formatting documents.Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and websites, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions. Scan and review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.Assisting Creative Director: Provide administrative assistance to the Creative Director, including scheduling meetings, organizing creative assets, and coordinating with other team members as needed.Compliance: Ensure that all processes and documentation related to contract management, recruitment, and other administrative tasks adhere to legal and company standards.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.Experience: Previous administrative experience or internships, particularly in a creative or corporate environment, are beneficial but not always required.Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Technology Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms.
