Designation:- HR GeneralistWorking Location:- Alternately work on Vasai / Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 5-7 yrsSalary: As per Industry StandardsEducation: PG/Masters in Business Administration or equivalent degreeWorking Days & Time: Monday - Saturday Role & responsibility -Manage the recruitment and selection process in collaboration with the HR Recruiter. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Conduct performance management and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Oversee the employee on boarding and off boarding process. Maintain HR records and prepare reports related to HR metrics. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support to all departments. Skills & Qualification -Experience in the manufacturing industry. Certification in HR (e.g., CHRMP, SHRM-CP, PHR) PRB
