HSE Safety Supervisor experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines Should be a university graduate and he should be specialized in Safety certification IOSH, NEBOSH., familiar of ISO 45001-2018,14001-2015, He should have minimum 5 - 7 years of working Experience, EPC projects.1. Implement the approved HSE program on the job site.2. Promoteasafe workingenvironmentbyconductingasitesafetyinspection.3. Monitoraccidentpreventionprogram.4. Monitorandrecommendfireprotectionsystemsandconductperiodicfireandemergencydrills.5. Organizeandconductsafetyorientationsandregularlyscheduledsite HSE meetings.6. BriefallemployeescoveringconstructionHSE aspects andhousekeeping.7. Maintainconstantsurveillancetoascertainhazards,suggestcorrectiveactiontositemanagement,supervisors,andsub‐contractors.8. Accomplishaccidentinvestigationsandmakerelatedreports.9. Preparereportsandkeeprequiredrecords.10. Motivateandinstructonsite HSEprogramthroughvariousapplicable siteincentives.11. Issuesafetyviolationswhennecessaryandfollowitsimplementationandclosure.12. TheHSESupervisor'sLinemanagerwillmonitorandensurethattheassignedsafetysupervisorisactiveinhisdutyandthatthe clientissatisfiedtohisperformance.13. Prepare, Approved JSA, HIP, on the job site.
