Given the pace at which the company wants to grow, it expects employees to go beyond their defined roles to accomplish results, cooperate and collaborate with other team members, and are willing to apply innovation, and new ideas and take calculated risks like an entrepreneur.Position: Digital MarketingLocation: NoidaJob Profile:Campaign Coordination:Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, content marketing, sales) and external agencies to ensure all digital content, creatives, and collateral materials are created, reviewed, and delivered on time and within budget.Build and maintain a network of skilled freelancers to fulfill various creative and digital needs.Project Management:Develop and manage project plans for all digital marketing activities, from ideation to execution and analysis.Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure projects meet established goals.Data & Analytics:Build a comprehensive database of all customer-centric platforms used for marketing efforts (e.g., social media, email marketing, website analytics).Create and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (relevant experience is key!)Completion of a recognized digital marketing course or certification (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Hubspot Academy)Bachelor's degree in BTech, Graduate BBA, Economics, or Commerce (a strong foundation in business or marketing is preferred!)Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
