SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with strong background in business process optimization and IT solutions deployment to join our team as  IT Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our technological infrastructure and automating business processesWHAT DOES THIS ROLE OFFER?Exposure to a global consulting environment, with an opportunity to learn and grow in a meritocracy- driven organisation.Opportunity to work with team with broad experience of trade and investment promotion activities in India and overseas.Opportunities for vertical and horizontal professional growth within a well-defined career progression pathEnergetic and supportive working environmentRESPONSIBILITIES1.     Web Scraping and Data Extraction:·      Utilize web scraping tools and technologies (Google extensions, webscraper.io, Beautiful Soup, Selenium) to download trade event exhibitors and relevant data.2.     IT Admin:·      Manage emails, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and organization-wide policies and tools using MS Admin Center, MS Office, MS SharePoint, and GoDaddy.3.     Power Platform Development:·      Develop applications using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to automate organizational processes, create dashboards, and enhance operational efficiency.4.     API Integration and Automation:·      Use Python to access various subscription APIs (Apollo, Rapid API, Sales QL, Open AI) for automating company's internal processes.·      Develop small applications leveraging Openpyxl, Flask, JSON, and Panda to interact with these APIs.5.     Project Management and CRM:·      Create flowcharts and forms using MS Visio and MS Forms.·      Manage work flow and project data using various CRMs.6.     Website Management:·      Manage and update the company's website using MS Azure and WordPress. 7.     New Initiatives:·      Project execution to introduce new features and solutions, conduct regular analysis, stay up to date on relevant technology advancements and make recommendations about the IT platforms in use.8.     Training·      Involve in active knowledge transfer and training programs for end-users and team members for the seamless support of the infrastructure.·      WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?ü Proven experience with web scraping tools (Google extensions, webscraper.io, Beautiful Soup, Selenium).ü Proficient in administration tools (MS Admin Center, MS Office, MS SharePoint, GoDaddy).ü Strong skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).ü Advanced knowledge of Python and experience with APIs (Apollo, Rapid API, Sales QL, Open AI).ü Familiarity with Openpyxl, Flask, JSON, and Panda for micro application development.ü Experience with MS Visio, MS Forms, and various CRMs.ü Strong knowledge about design, implementation, and management of Microsoft based infrastructures.ü Competency in managing MS Azure and WordPress websites.ü Profound problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, independent, structured approach and a reliable way of working.ü Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.ü Should have willingness to continuously develop skills.ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.QUALIFICATIONS·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or BCA.·      At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.COMPANY BACKGROUNDABOUT USIncepted in India in 2006, T&A Consulting has become a reputable global consulting practice to government economic development agencies, businesses and academic institutions across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.Headquartered in Gurgaon, with pan-India offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai, T&A Consulting has a global footprint with a representative office in the UK, UAE, and a subsidiary in, Canada.We work with various international investment attraction agencies where India is a key market and have been delivering a range of programs to identify outward investment opportunities from India.Along our journey so far, we have competed against some of the world's leading consulting and economic development brands and other boutique consulting practices to win the trust of new clients to develop and offer them ongoing support for their India market entry strategy, Investment attraction and Representation.As a part of T&A, you will learn and grow with a highly collaborative and innovative team.
