The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in these areas and a thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards. As the FinanceManager, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.Job Description1. Fixed Assets Management:o Maintain a comprehensive register of fixed assets.o Monitor asset additions, disposals, and depreciation.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate fixed asset accounting.2. Lease Accounting (IND AS 116):o Implement and maintain lease accounting standards (IND AS 116) across the organization.o Record and manage right-of-use assets and lease liabilities.o Prepare financial statements related to leases.3. Intercompany Transactions:o Monitor and reconcile intercompany accounts.o Coordinate with other departments and subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurateintercompany transactions.o Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.4. Financial Reporting:o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to fixed assets, leases, andintercompany transactions.o Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.o Provide insights and analysis on lease-related expenses and intercompany balances.5. Compliance and Auditing:o Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.o Support internal and external audits related to fixed assets, leases, and intercompanytransactions.o Maintain documentation for audit purposes.6. Process Improvement:o Identify opportunities to streamline fixed asset management, lease accounting, andintercompany processes.o Implement best practices and drive efficiency.Pre Requisites Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fixed assets, lease accounting, and intercompany finance. Strong knowledge of IND AS 116 and other relevant accounting standards. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PRB
