Proposal Writer / AnalystResponsibilities:• Exploring, Identifying, and analyzing requests for Proposals (RFP) through various Procurement websites across the USA.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex bid requirements and develop tailored solutions.• Understanding the full cycle of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.• Must be able to work independently while partnering across functions. Ability to organize data and information effectively.• Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less time than others; can attend to a broader range of activities.• Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and develop comprehensive bid responses.• Track and monitor bid opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes.• Additional activities include:RFP/RFX summary preparationForm fillingPortal registrationsRepository maintenanceReports preparationRequirements:• 3-5 years of experience in bid analysis, proposal development, or related roles.• Must be experienced in proposal writing, client presentations, and organizing information as part of the RFP/RFI/EOI process.• Must have worked in the North American region especially having complete knowledge of SLED (State, local & education) domain• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and concepts.• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.• Knowledge of tools and technology is an added advantage.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.• Strong attention to detail and accuracyQualifications:• Undergraduate degree in English, journalism, communications, computer science, or related disciplines.
