Sourcing Manager

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the sourcing process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiation and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Sourcing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and developing new relationships with potential suppliers. Including Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategyDo often research to understand company's needs and requirementsBuild relationships with vendors and key suppliersNegotiate pricing and control costsDevelop a yearly budget depending on sourcing needsExecute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategyWrite sourcing documentation and statementsKeep abreast of industry and market trends and best practicesMaintain T&A and execute plans accordingly. QualificationsShould have experience of working for a Women's Ethnic wear brand.Excellent stills in reporting and working over excels.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of the sourcing processExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
