As an IT Bench Sales - Trainee (Freshers), your day-to-day tasks will involve managing the bench of qualified IT candidates, identifying job opportunities, and building relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesAcquire knowledge of US demographics.Familiarize oneself with the IT job market.Learn to navigate various job portals and sales opportunities.Gain understanding of different Visa statuses and work authorizations.QualificationsStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidatesKnowledge of the IT industry, including various technologies and job rolesAbility to source and screen candidates based on their skills and qualificationsExperience in bench sales or IT staffing is a plusExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred PRB
