The position: The Global Oracle HCM Cloud System Analyst is an experienced professional who has deep experience with the core Oracle HCM Cloud application and related HCM modules mainly Core HR and Workforce Compensation and Benefits module.The individual will provide functional support to our Total Reward team as well as local HR Specialists, incident management, release management/analysis, testing and training. The Oracle System Analyst actively participates in projects and enhancements related to the HR systems, interfaces with the business and IT, gathers requirements from all the countries within HOYA Vision Care, implements basic configuration changes, creates reports, and is strong in analysis.The Oracle System Analyst will report to the HVC Global HRIS Transformation Director, Human Resources.The following is a detailed, but not exhaustive, listing of the hands-on tasks you will undertake in the role according to your qualifications:Core Responsibilities & Duties:Administer Oracle Cloud HCM, Core HR and Workforce Compensation moduleOversee the implementation of the compensation processes such Individual Compensation Plan (ICP),Salary Review and Annual Management Bonus plan.Create the compensation worksheet and manage the eligibility criteriaCreate, modify, and manage Dashboards, OTBI HR reports and analyticsAnalyze business requirements and propose best practice implementation approach and solutionsAnalyze and test new workflows for Manager and Employee Self Service and other modules including CoreHRApply knowledge of rules configuration, approval types, BPM worklist and transaction console, approvals, and alert notifications to support usersAnalyze Oracle release notes for upgrades for impacts to functionality to the HCM modules, business processes, and user experience.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure process compliance and understand system interactions to maximize tool efficiencyPerform other related duties as required and assignedInteract with third party support partner for third level supportFollow up of changes and/or incidents leveraging Oracle SupportRequired candidate attributesA Bachelor's degree in a related fieldRequired: four to ten years of Compensation project implementationRequired: six to twelve years of overall working experienceOracle HCM Cloud Training: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Reporting and Analytics OTBI, BI publisher.Strong organization, prioritization, and consulting skill setProven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain highly sensitive and confidential informationProject ManagementStrong Microsoft Office Excel skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail PRB
