This position involves training final-year college students (BBA and MBA) to prepare them for recruitment by Genpact next year.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on O2C, P2P, Cash Applications, and Dispute Management.Create detailed training content outlines and course materials.Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions.Assess students' learning and provide feedback to enhance their knowledge and skills.Coordinate with academic institutions to schedule and manage training sessions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into the training program.Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.
