PPC Specialist

Grow Real Quick is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our pay-per-click advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and other platforms. You will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and marketing ROI for our D2C brands.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across search, shopping, display, video and social platforms to maximize ROAS and ROISet up, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns including prospecting, retargeting, dynamic ads and catalog campaignsConduct keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation and testing to improve campaign performanceAnalyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement data-driven strategiesContinuously test new ad copy, creatives, audiences and tactics to scale top-performing campaignsManage monthly budgets and provide regular reporting on ad spend, conversion rates, ROAS and other KPIsStay up-to-date on advertising platform changes, trends and best practicesRequirements:2+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing high-volume, high-budget PPC campaignsDeep expertise in Google Ads, & Meta AdsProven track record of driving growth and achieving strong ROAS/ROI for D2C brandsExperience with shopping feeds, dynamic ads and catalog campaign management, instant experience ads.Analytical and data-driven approach to testing, optimizing and scaling ad campaignsWorking knowledge of ad tracking, attribution models and conversion pixelsStrong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysisSelf-starter with excellent problem-solving and time management abilitiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related fieldThe ideal candidate will be a paid advertising expert skilled at scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth for D2C ecommerce brands through strategic PPC management.
