ArchExperience                                       : 1-6 yearsSoftware Knowledge                     : Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch up• V-Ray for Sketch-up,Lumion, 3Ds Max & Photoshop/EnscapeFunctional Area                              : Design /Drafting/ Project CoordinationJob Description:·       Design and prepare space planning - architecture, interior, and landscape for projects across various segments·       Co-ordinate with the structural & MEP to incorporate the details·       Schedule project timelines and deliverables of the list of drawings·       Prepare designs, reports, conceptual drawings, schemes, and approval drawings, good for construction and as-built drawingsResponsibilities: Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand sketches and CAD applications.·       Preparing presentation drawings/Documents·       Produce out-of-the-box innovative concept designs, research, design development, and construction documents as required.·       Explore alternate design approaches as required.·       Writing and presenting reports.·       Work to achieve project goals and milestones within the deadlines.·       Implementing tasks and project expectations. ·       Communicating with Team Members and Consultants.·       General understanding of codes, building systems, and construction methods.·       To ensure the targets and deliverables to clients are met.·       Good understanding of building materials·       Experiencing in institutional, residential, and commercial sectors.Skills:·       Dynamic, Proactive, Passionate.·       Ability to adapt to business requirements.·       Strong computer drafting skills. ·       Good problem-solving skills, team player with a creative approach.·       Good command of English - written and verbal communication.·       Sound technical knowledge about all MEP and structural services.·       Willingness to travel to project sites to check site progress and participate in design meetings.Job Location: Chennai    PRB
