Role Overview:The Social Media Analyst will support the Social Media Associate in executing social media strategies that enhance lead generation and brand presence. This role involves assisting in content calendar development, initial drafting of social content, and basic analytics monitoring.Responsibilities:Assist in Social Media Strategies: Support the development and execution of social media strategies.Content Preparation: Help in drafting and scheduling content as per the monthly calendar and posting all the approved content on the respective pages.Analytics Monitoring: Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics.Engagement: Support follow-up processes and engage with the audience on social media platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure content alignment with business objectives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in financial services.Compensation and Benefits:CTC: ₹10 Lakhs per annumMonthly Salary: 8 Lakhs (paid monthly)Retention Bonus: 2 Lakhs (paid at the end of the year) PRB
