**Primary purpose of job**
To lead an assigned team I area to achieve high quality teaching, making effective use of resources and promoting the
highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils through a creative, broad and balanced curriculum.
**Experience & Skills**:
- At least two years' experience as an outstanding classroom teacher, preferably in a high performing UK or international
school
- Deep understanding of the learning needs of students with EAL (desirable)
- Continuing professional development in preparation for middle management
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
**Education**
UK Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
