Role and Responsibilities:An Associate Director will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to HR Business Partnering.Key Responsibilities:Leverages knowledge of HR on cross-functional application, adding value by providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.The HRBP support to the business extends across multiple areas of human resources, including employment, training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, employee or labor relations, affirmative action, organization or resource planning or other services.Provides interpretation and advice to internal stakeholders regarding policies and practices.Qualifies employee escalations and develops recommendations to resolve issues. Develops new policies and programs to meet employee needs.Works with other HR colleagues and management teams to understand overall business objectives and apply solutions to enhance operational performance.Ability to positively address employee issues. Leads medium scale complex projects and initiatives to address business needs in support of an HR program/process.Able to solve problems independently; integrates solutions across areas of expertise, seeking guidance when necessary.Manages stakeholders activities to ensure that all HR-related commitments are kept; and is the single point of contact and accountability.Experience and Requirements:Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required.Typically 10-12 years of progressive experience in HRProfessional certification and/or Masters Degree is a plusRequired Competencies:Technical Expertise: Designing and implementing HRBP strategiesWritten and Verbal Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.Problem Solving: Identifies problems and uses Talent models, theory, principle and data to evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to achieve the desired organizational goal or outcome.Self-confidence: Confidently conveys their knowledge and know-how to others.
