Master's degree preferred.10 years' experience in operational analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.Additionally:Proficient in Telephony analytics (e.g., Five9, Avaya Online)Working hours US CST hours PRB
