Role: Field Sales ExecutiveIndustry: Wholesale Building MaterialsEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are an Interior Decor company that we deals with the production and sale Acrylic Sheets, Alabasters, Charcoal Panels, Epoxy Resin, Louvers, Flexible Louvers, Mirror Acrylic Sheets, PU Stone panels, Rattan Cane Webbing & Much More.We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated On-Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by engaging with new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. As the face of our company on the field, you will represent our brand and deliver superior customer experience.Responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and pitch our productsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/servicesNegotiate deals and handle queries a client may haveCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targetsMaintain our network with existing dealers and distributors Expand our network to new dealers distributors, architects & interior designersRequirements:Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant roleExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environmentTime management and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field Preferred 1-2 years sales experience in industries like interior design, architecture or the glassware or plywood industry.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structureOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesTravel reimbursement Salary Range: 30,000 - 50,000 per month + Travel allowanceLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka.
