Role & Responsibilities:• Responsible for interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training Institutes.• Interacting and following up with student borrowers• Co-ordinating for loan process approval, logistics and documentation to final disbursal of loan to the student.• Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone and chat.• Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company.• Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for appropriate action.• Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.Required Skills & Qualification• Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person; • Strong multi-tasking skills; • Excellent communication skills and Proficient in English, Hindi and Tamil. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Should be pursuing an UG/PG/Master's degree. Should be 12th pass. PRB
