JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee advertising campaigns on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair.Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Videos, and Sponsored Display Ads to drive traffic and sales.Develop and implement strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales growth.Create promotional activities, including deals, discounts, and coupons, to attract and retain customers.Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to maximize ROI across Amazon, Walmart, or Wayfair platforms.Work closely with the Catalogue team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including titles, descriptions, and attributes.Coordinate with the Design team to develop engaging creative assets for advertising campaigns and product listings, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.Stay informed about platform-specific advertising features and tools, and leverage them effectively to enhance campaign performance.Analyze performance metrics and data trends, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, preferably with a track record of success in increasing sales and ROI. Walmart & Wayfair Ads are a plus.In-depth knowledge of Advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays, as well as familiarity with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform)Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Amazon Advertising reports, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.Ability to develop and execute strategic advertising plans tailored to specific products, target audiences, and business objectives.Understanding of e-commerce dynamics, including product listings, keywords, product targeting, and competitor analysis on Amazon.Experience in managing advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieving campaign objectivesAbility to adapt to changes in Amazon's advertising policies, algorithms, and features, and proactively adjust strategies to maintain campaign effectiveness.Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and effectively convey campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Amazon Ads certification or Walmart Ads certification is a plus PRB
