HR Executive will support the HR department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives.Recruitment and Selection:Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for vacant positions.Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees.HR Administration:Manage HR administrative tasks, including drafting employment contracts, updating HR policies and procedures,Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.Proven experience 2-3 in HR administration, recruitment, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PRB
