We are seeking an experienced Litigation Manager to streamline litigation processes, manage teams, and handle diverse litigation's across all levels of courts in India. Join my client to resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and uphold our code of ethics for one of our clients who is into Manufacturing domain.Responsibilities:Independently handle a high volume of litigation cases across all court levels in India.Establish an efficient Litigation Management System.Coordinate teams and external lawyers for effective litigation handling.Manage litigation's in various domains (consumer, recovery, property, criminal, labor cases).Resolve disputes with vendors, customers, dealers, and distributors.Negotiate agreements with lawyers.Conduct legal audits and ensure compliance.Make informed file closure decisions.Conduct integrity investigations and special projects.Lead raid actions and initiate legal actions.Attend court hearings and monitor interconnected cases.Conduct legal research and provide privacy law compliance advice.Deal with external Law firms & StakeholdersDesired Profile :Graduate in Law.15 - 18 years of experience in legal field handling corporate and criminal lawsMust have minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in dealing with large scale litigation cases and resolving themGood Network in and around the industry is mustStrong exposure in handling third party or external legal agencyExperience in Automobile Manufacturing, other manufacturing, consumer durable s, E commerce, FMCG or industries having direct exposure in dealing with customers, dealers & Distributors are preferredExpertise in IPR, Data Protection/ Data privacy would be plusExposure in resolving and dealing with notices received from legal metrology departmentShould have exposure to deal with stake holders and leadership teamKnowledge of Competition lawMust have excellent communication skillsShould be open to travel PAN India.Immediate to 30 days Joiners only PRB
