In our endeavors for continued expansion, we're searching for like-minded individuals to help us 'take it to the next level'.Deloitte's Operations Transformation services help clients to reimagine and reconfigure the inner workings of their organization, enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, identify and capture new growth opportunities, and to surpass their business objectives.Your work profileAs an Analyst in our Operations Transformation - Transportation and Logistics Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -Your main responsibilities will be:Own and manage assigned tasks.Perform market research including analyzing data from secondary sources to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.Assist in business development by responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating pitch materials, and participating in client meetings.Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.Support in undertaking key commercial and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to evaluate business performance and opportunities.Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to clients clearly and effectively.Actively share best practices, develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.Desired qualificationsBasic academic qualification: Bachelor's in Commerce / Bachelor's in Business Administration / Bachelor's of Science (Economics, Finance), OthersAdditional academic qualifications (preferred): Master's in Commerce / Master's in Business Administration / Master's of Science (Economics, Finance) / Master's of Technology / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Chartered Accountant / OthersPreferred skillsets: Financial Analysis Skills / Data Analysis and Statistical Skills / Data VisualizationWork experience: 1-2 years of experience is preferred.Industry experience: Preferably in Operations ConsultingFunctional experience: Preparation of business plans, growth strategies, go-to-market strategies, market diversification strategies, sectoral policies, commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, policy advisory, public private partnership structuring, othersRequisite core skillsSelf-motivated, innovative, and strong team playerStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong core consulting skills - i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and basic financial modelling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPointAbility to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful insightsSolid knowledge of strategy models and frameworksAccustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams.
