Position Overview:As a Senior Graphic Designer / Visualiser, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions across various mediums, ensuring high visual impact and effective communication of the company's brand message. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.Responsibilities:Conceptualize and create engaging visual materials such as marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, branding materials, and more, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.Lead and collaborate with a team of designers and cross-functional teams to develop compelling design concepts that meet project objectives and timelines.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and delegating tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions as required.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Need Expertise on the platforms:Photoshop, illustrator, Premier pro or Final cut(AfterEffects Optional) PRB
