Position: Senior Role Settlement & Reconciliation UPI & IMPS or AEPS, NETC, NACHPlace of posting: Hyderabad/Mumbai Experience: - 15+ (Minimum 6+ years of work experience in operations team of a technology organization) Qualification: MBA from a reputed college or B.Tech/B.E Role Contour - Lead the day-to-day operations for NPCI products ensuring timely settlements and resolution of the operational issues with an aim to mark an improvement in the operations. Leading the automation effort with a target to automate 75% of the work. Incident reporting, analyzing the RCA and working closely with technology to get the issues fixed and timely implementation of changes in the back office.Dimensions/KRA1. Automation 2. No. of customer grievances 3. No. of transaction declines 4. Reduction in disputes 5. Arbitration processing within TAT 6. Audit & Compliance Accountabilities- • Lead IMPS/AEPS/NACH/NETC or UPI operations activities and maintain oversight over all the operational SOPs and protocols for settlement and other activities • Ensure timely report generation on regular / adhoc basis; undertake data-based discussions with banks and other relevant stakeholders as applicable • Provide both offline and online assistance to the banks in solving their operational issues as well as onboarding and other concerns; conduct bank training for relevant systems, processes and for creating awareness on the related products • Drive recovery of funds from the banks and other activities like chargeback, arbitration, etc. • Ensure accurate and timely follow up of all the compliance related activities and resolution of the disputes such as cashback complaints, merchant refunds, penalty processing, etc. • Collaborate with Build Technology for complex issues (L3 level) resolution for any system issues / bugs, which cannot be solved by Run Technology • Provide inputs and collaborate with quality & business excellence team on the initiatives that aim to improve the operations processes, use of technology, and ability to deliver the best-in-class experience. • Drive automation with an objective to automate 75% of the processes.Technical Skills 1.
