With a strong presence in retail stores across India, we are committed to providing our customers with premium fashion experiences.Role Overview: Responsible for processing buying orders received from Retail channel and providing dispatch advice to Warehouse department. Responsible for accurately preparing reports that are used for decision making by the senior management. Key Responsibilities:Receive buyer order from all retail channels and convert into standard format; upload the standard format in the STAGE moduleCheck availability against physical stockShare details of product availability with the retail teamFollow up on dispatch confirmation/ POs/ DAsProvide dispatch advice to Warehouse team against POs/ DasFollow up with Warehouse on road permit and status of consignment deliverySend required dispatch details and PT files to Retail teamRepeat Order - Convert the order into standard format and upload in STAGE, perform product allocation and provide dispatch adviceProcess RTV pick up and follow up on the returned productsPrepare MIS reports Submit proforma invoices to Accounts departmentEssential Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years of experience in MISProficiency in Microsoft Excel Good communication skills PRB
