Please check below to view the Job Description.PurposeThe position will be responsible for developing Deploying the process of procurement, vendor Management (SRM, vendor performance, vendor relationship ext.…), product creations, Contract management, Catalogue Management, in new ERP Dynamic 365 follow the Global Sodexo standard.Responsibilities:Develop and deploy complete process flow for vendor Management (SRM, vendor performance, vendor relationship, complain management Etc.…), product creations Including all specifications link to this product, Catalogue management creations and update, rebate management.Work Closely with Edi project Team to Simplify and automate the P2P process.Work Closely with Food Platform to develop product swap relate processes.Undertake continuous improvement activities on all aspects of systems, People, Processes, and ethical management of system.Lead the communication and engagement strategy, especially with Other ERP members of Supply management, Food Platform and Finance to supports all the Procurement related Processes.Take a leading role in the UAT testing of any change in systems and ensuring that requirements are met.Collaborate with the Local Supply Management team to manage and optimize Catalogue.Leverage technology and ERP to address issues and bring significant improvements to the SM function.Develop process for effective price management, enabling visibility and tracking of price elements and PI.Collaborate with key stakeholders across country, regional and global function and across departments (finance, supply, IS&T, operations) to understand the situation, requirements and translate them into actionable activities. PRB
