Business Manager - CMS (Sitecore)

Role: Sitecore CMS - Tech Business ManagerWe are seeking a Sitecore Content Author/Tech Manager who will be responsible for uploading, editing, and publishing digital content on brand websites. They will work closely with the SEO, content, and brand teams to ensure that the content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the business objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for creation and maintenance of webpages.• Manage content on client's website using Sitecore CMS as per our SEO approach.• Create/upload blog & product pages within the CMS using existing templates or by adding components to the page.• Build standalone pages or landing pages for new product launches with the help of international website. • Provide suggestions on optimal use of Sitecore CMS for maximum organic impact.• Fundamental comprehension of design and UI/UX concepts.• Assess quality of assets before upload, e.g., checking image and video sizes and formats are correct. • Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS.• Knowledge of image resizing, cropping, and compression using web resources.• Focus on the quality and accuracy of the material displayed on the website.• Execute planned tasks in collaboration with the SEO, content, and brand teams.• Individually handle the entire project on Sitecore CMS.• Ensure compliance with the Client's brand guidelines and standards.• Raise Jira tickets if there is a technical issue with the website.• Maintain documentation on CMS processes and always keep this up to date. Required Skills:• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.• Good understanding of CMS platforms (Sitecore, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento)• Clear understanding of HTML & JavaScript (Ideal to have next.JS framework understanding)• 3-5 years of experience and understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) - preferably Sitecore.• Experience in working on content authoring/editing - Sitecore 9/10.x platforms preferably. • Strong website page editing skills with a keen attention to detail.• Needs to understand CMS constraints in depth and relay impact/expectation with Brand team in a solution seeking manner • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output. • Proficiency in spoken and written English tailored for business communication.• Effective client communication and project management• Needs to be proactive both internally as well as with client teams• Co-ordinate effectively & efficiently with Brand and website development teams across all digital platforms (Emails, MS teams, WhatsApp) to ensure seamless delivery of activities.• Clear communicator with a good grip on the English language• Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, decision making, research and troubleshooting skills.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.• Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics.• Basic understanding of Jira project management tool - preferably PRB
